Technical Information
HARD CHROME PLATING - Brillo Semicon Plating Services adapts the standard Hard Chrome solution (food grade). It is applied thru electroplating process (DC current). Hard Chrome coating has a superficial (skin deep) hardness of approximately 670-720 VHN (67-72 HRC). It is directly applied and bonds to metal being plated without using intermediate bonding coating such as nickel and copper. Chrome is very hard and can withstand temperatures of 70 degrees centigrade up to a maximum of 750 degrees centigrade and below 0 degrees centigrade. It can be polished to a mirror finish.

MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES
We fabricate / Hard Chrome machine components such as precision tools, rollers, cutters, capsulation machine components, compressor parts, plastic/rubber molds re-chroming and repair. Extrusion dies re-chroming, eccentric shaft re-chroming and blower lobe shaft re-chroming.
MARINE / HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Repair / re-chroming of hydraulic components, e.g. hydraulic rods, hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.
TRANSPORTATION
Repair / re-chroming of shock absorber shafts, steel bumpers, mag wheels and specialized mufflers and exhaust pipes, etc.
